Introduction
 The Teacher Foundation (TTF) would like to be a leading and preferred partner with all School Heads and School Managements for improving the standard and performance of the school. The key focus is naturally on teaching-learning, where TTF brings in its experience of working with over 13,000 teachers from hundreds of schools all over India to demonstrably bring a distinct change to the learning and experience in the classroom.
TTF has several tested programmes that are so well-grounded in the reality of the “Indian” classroom, that they receive extremely good feedback from teachers and schools who go through them.
We also work with Heads of schools on the key aspect of leadership and Management. The TTF in-house development, the School Improvement Framework, a benchmarking tool TTF has developed in-house, is the key instrument in the programme used to enable Heads to take their schools to a new level.
