The Teacher Foundation in collaboration with Ignite Education brings to you The New Teacher – courses in Innovative Teaching. The programme is built on experiential and inquiry based learning and will prepare participants for undertaking a range of exciting teaching opportunities in a range of classrooms and schools. It will provide participants with a solid foundation in the practical aspects of teaching today, while unfolding the truly enjoyable, thoughtful aspects of classroom learning. It will look at the various aspects of teaching ranging from planning and classroom management to understanding how children learn to carefully supported internship and practice teaching in schools.

After completing the class sessions and internship, participants will be eligible to work towards a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers granted by the University of Cambridge International Examinations, UK, a valued diploma amongst many schools throughout India and several other countries .

Job placement and support is a crucial aspect of the programme. We have collaborated with a number of leading Bangalore schools. They will host you for your internships and have also agreed to interview you if you have successfully completed the course, for teaching positions in their schools.
