The Buzz @ TTF

Whew! What a topsy-turvy and difficult year it has been for all schools, teachers and most importantly students. But from crisis comes change and for many many schools it has meant a foray into online learning. This hasn't been without problems, but it's a big step towards reimagining our teaching and pedagogy. A huge amount of work needs to be done to skill and support our teachers for a new paradigm of schools in the years to come – a paradigm that will necessarily include a significant amount of digital learning.

Maya Menon shares TTF's experience this past year.

The event saw over 700 participants from across India and a few countries from the Middle East.

School Improvement at Raigad District – Sudhagad Pali

The School Improvement Programme in Sudhagad Pali is a holistic and coherent professional development experience that includes a few vital training sessions, both online and offline, for teachers/heads and extensive school-based support to them; including demo lessons in their schools, to help them recognise the full potential of student-centred learning practices, despite existing constraints. This is aimed to embed better teaching practices in their classrooms. In order to sustain the changes in schools, we have re-designed the School Improvement model to engage and empower the Government Officials – DIET and Cluster Heads.

Every Teacher,

More Enabled, More Inspired

On average, a teacher teaches 40 children a year.
Over a 25 year career, that is one thousand children.
That means, when we enable and inspire ONE teacher,
we touch over ONE THOUSAND lives.
So contribute to ONE teacher’s training and
touch the lives of a thousand children!
