As schools across the country wind down their academic year – filled with classroom learning, performances, sports days, prize ceremonies, exams and all the wonderful chaos that comes with them – TTF has been equally hard at work, but behind the scenes! We are bringing our own year's projects to a close. It has been a season of wrapping up, reflecting, and celebrating the successes we've achieved. And we're delighted to share some of those with you!
Supported by Exide Industries Limited and in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Government,
120 teachers from 31 government schools in Hosur, Krishnagiri district, successfully completed the Sustained Teacher Development Programme, conducted by TTF. This initiative focused on strengthening teacher capacity through skill-based training and classroom observations, with the aim of improving teaching practices and fostering critical thinking – creating positive learning outcomes for students.

In collaboration with Lowe's India Private Limited, TTF's Enrichment Programme for Pre-Service Science and Mathematics teachers was implemented across six colleges in Bengaluru and Mysuru. The programme strengthened subject understanding and teaching skills through pedagogy workshops, classroom observations, and one-on-one feedback and coaching. We are delighted to share that 200 pre-service teachers from four B.Ed colleges have successfully completed the programme.

We are delighted to celebrate the successful completion of three of our signature programmes!
🎓 Touchstone: Teacher participants from Sishu Griha Montessori and High School have completed their journey deepening their classroom practice and reflective teaching skills.
🎓 Coaching for School Success: Senior Coordinators specially chosen from the three branches of The Knowledge Habitat Schools (formerly the HDFC Schools) have successfully concluded this programme – strengthening their capacity to support their teachers and establish a culture of learning amongst teachers in their respective schools.
🎓 HeadLAMP: Eight school leaders from three schools have completed TTF's flagship school leadership programme – building their vision, voice, and practice as principals and headmistresses. The course culminated with the presentation of their Capstone Projects by the school leaders.
These are significant milestones – not just a moment of completion, but a marker of commitment to sustained growth within the schools. Each participant has invested time, energy, and courage in their professional learning journey. Congratulations to all!
TTF in early 2026, conducted ISELF – Taking SEL from Concept to Classroom at St. Kabir's Public School, Chandigarh, bringing together over 100 enthusiastic educators for an immersive two-day experiential workshop. Anchored in the Indian Social and Emotional Learning Framework, the workshop helped teachers and school leaders move beyond tokenistic practices – exploring the five core SEL competencies of Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Management, and Decision-Making through participatory activities, storytelling, guided reflection, and classroom application exercises. Participants left with practical strategies to embed SEL meaningfully into their daily teaching, curriculum design, and school culture. All aimed at building classrooms that are safer, more inclusive, and more intentionally nurturing.
TTF's webinar series continued with two thought-provoking conversations in the early months of 2026. In February, Dr. Neena David, Clinical Psychologist, led an engaging session on Mind over Marks — Rethinking Student Stress, Support & Success in Schools, inviting educators to look beyond academic performance and address the emotional realities students navigate today. https://youtu.be/NM1dZkqqQMo
In March, Jayalakshmi Bai Suresh, Founder of Sampannata Career Counselling, sparked a rich dialogue on Reimagining Careers & Success for Young People, encouraging schools to broaden their vision of what success can look like for the next generation. https://youtu.be/5a_7SIqX9-8
