The Buzz @ TTF
April to June 2025

It’s been an energising few months for TTF team!
We’ve been working alongside schools and teachers through our Livewires and sustained programmes — offering hands-on support and practical ideas to strengthen classroom practices and enhance student engagement in the learning process.
We’re delighted to share glimpses of this work with you.

Webinar - AI in Classrooms

Yes, we finally organised a webinar on
Artificial Intelligence in the Classroom: The Promise and Peril!

Willibrord George, Chairman & CEO of St Willibrord Innovative School conducted an engrossing hour sharing and demonstrating ways in which various AI applications could be used by school teachers. He reiterated that AI can enrich learning but not replace teachers.
Key takeaways from the webinar - keep students safe, teach them not to overshare, and use AI to build curiosity and critical thinking — not just for quick answers.

TTF's work with Private Schools

Sustained Teacher Development Programmes

TTF'’s Sustained Teacher Development programmes offer schools a practical, proven way to strengthen everyday teaching and create a shared culture of better learning. Guided by this commitment, schools like JBCN International School & Rishi Valmiki School in Mumbai, Sishu Griha Montessori School & HDFC School in Bangalore, are collaborating with us to build sustainable improvements in teaching and learning.
While other institutions like Advaith Foundation and Sofia Public Schools have signed up for our English Encounters programme, specially designed for school teachers who are keen to improve their spoken English fluency.

Social-emotional Learning & School Well-being through Quality Circle Time

Don Bosco International School, JBCN International School Borivali, NewAge Pre Schools, Har Mandir, NPS Yelahanka, Delhi Public School (HRDC) to name just a few, all requested us for Jenny Mosley’s Whole School Quality Circle Time (QCT) programme. QCT is a structured yet flexible approach that nurtures the emotional and social development of students. By creating a safe and inclusive space for open dialogue, QCT helps children build confidence, empathy, and stronger peer relationships. When used consistently, it encourages thoughtful communication, active listening, and mutual respect — skills that are as vital as academic learning. Schools benefit from QCT by making classrooms emotionally safe, where every child feels seen, heard, and valued.
Niral Gada, from JBCN Borivali, shares this inspiring testimonial on her LinkedIn page.

Livewires

Jump-starting the Year with Fresh Energy!
Short workshops are a great way to begin the academic year — helping teachers shake off the summer stupor and refresh their pedagogy. Between April and June, schools like NPS West, Adyar Theosophical Academy, New Horizon Schools, Icon School of Excellence, The Oxford English School, M.A.V. Vidyashram, and Rockford Senior Secondary School partnered with TTF for sessions that gave their teachers a much-needed boost!

HeadLAMP

Distributed leadership is key to great schools.
The 17th batch of HeadLAMP commenced on May 9th with a batch of 10 senior educators from 3 schools in Bangalore and Trichy. TTF's HeadLAMP programme supports school heads and administrators in becoming more effective, reflective leaders. Through six thoughtfully designed modules spread over 18 interactive online sessions, the course builds essential leadership skills needed to navigate today’s complex school environments. With hands-on activities, real-world assignments and personalised feedback, HeadLAMP helps school leaders design meaningful change in the participating schools.
A participant shares her take on Vulnerability as an aspect of leadership.

Bespoke Solutions

TTF is collaborating with JSW schools, to design bespoke solutions for improving teaching-learning quality. It has begun with taking stock of teachers’ existing strengths and areas for growth, and then accordingly build on their skills. This year, we have so far conducted pedagogical and personality assessments to help plan for targeted teacher support.
