At TTF we champion Jenny Mosley’s Quality Circle Time (QCT) – a powerful way to intentionally nurture the hearts and minds of children. They say the world becomes what we teach. At TTF, we believe, the world will not become what we don’t teach. Through QCT, we model and build essential life skills: self-awareness, empathy, resilience, responsible decision-making, and meaningful relationships. These are the foundations of a kinder, more connected world.

The Teacher Foundation (TTF) is delighted to be bringing back Jenny Mosley to India after a gap of 8 years.

Today’s schools face growing societal concerns—rising aggression, the impact of social media, reduced empathy and sensitivity, and the need to build personal and citizenship skills in students.

Addressing these challenges meaningfully, without losing sight of academic goals, can be overwhelming for educators. QCT offers a practical, coherent, and proven approach. The Teacher Foundation is the sole accredited training provider in India for Jenny Mosley Consultancies, UK, and has trained thousands of teachers nationwide in this powerful methodology.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Learning from Jenny Mosley, pioneer of the Whole School Quality Circle Time model
  • Live demonstration of QCT with students each day
  • Practical strategies to embed school-wide well-being
  • Fun-filled discussions on nurturing today’s learners
Panel Discussions
These hour long discussions are designed as broader explorations of how schools envision care and well-being of both teachers and students. Quality Circle Time is a proven method for creating space for listening and building a culture of conversation in schools. Each panel discussion will feature leading experts in mental health, well-being, school practitioners and/or students. They will share their personal insights and perspectives in what promises to be engrossing sessions.
There will be two separate panel discussions scheduled as below:
Day 1: Teacher Wellbeing — From Individual Coping to Institutional Responsibility (Moderator + Two Experts + Three School Practitioners)
Day 2: Student Voice, Agency and Belongingness in Today’s Schools (Moderator + One Expert + Three High School Students)
These discussions will be moderated by Ms. Maya Menon, Founder, The Teacher Foundation.

On average, a teacher teaches at least forty children every year. Over a 25 year career, that is one thousand children. That means, when we enable and inspire ONE teacher, we touch over ONE THOUSAND lives. So contribute to ONE teacher’s training and touch the lives of a thousand children!
