Adaptability is the ability to modify our thoughts and behaviour to effectively respond to uncertainty, new information, changed circumstances or different people. It includes adjustments in our thinking, emotions and behaviour in response to change, to demonstrate enhanced outcomes. It is our ability to respond to change and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives.As a skill, Adaptability is essential to our psychological health, social success, and academic and workplace achievement.

  • Shift strategy or approach in response to the demands of a situation.
